The Bıçakcılar Surgiline 3000CP Sectional Carbon Fiber Operating Table is designed with a sectional carbon fiber tabletop to accommodate various positions required for patients during challenging surgical procedures requiring clear visualization. The head, back, and foot sections are manufactured using stainless steel and high-quality components suitable for operating room conditions. The X-ray permeable carbon fiber material used in the production of the table's top surface provides the surgeon with the clearest possible view for a successful procedure. The table's up/down, horizontal sliding, back section up/down, Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg, right/left lateral, and kidney surgery positions are controlled by an electrohydraulic system. These movements are performed silently and without vibration using a wired hand control. In case of hand control failure, all electrohydraulic sections can be controlled using the emergency control located on the chassis. The speed of movement during position changes is constant. The movements of the head and foot sections are mechanically provided by a gas piston.

The tabletop is made of liquid-resistant carbon fiber material. The tabletop, consisting of carbon fiber sections for the head, back (two-piece), seat, and footrests (right and left), is covered with six specially designed 60 mm thick polyurethane cushions to ensure patient safety and hygiene. These cushions are antistatic, liquid-proof, seamless, and made of polyurethane material with a soft texture. The cushions are securely attached to the carbon fiber tabletop with cork fastening pins and can be easily removed, washed, or wiped clean for disinfection. No blood or fluids can penetrate the cushions. These cushions are designed to provide comfort to the patient even during lengthy surgeries, preventing pressure on weight-bearing points and allowing X-rays to pass through.

The Surgiline 3000CP Segmented Carbon Fiber Operating Table's horizontal sliding movement increases the imaging area of C-arm radiography devices. A cassette tunnel running the entire length under the segmented carbon fiber top table also facilitates radiological examinations.

The electro-hydraulic system that powers the table's movements is powered by an integrated battery charging system. The integrated battery system allows the table to perform approximately 60 full movements in the event of power outages. If the battery level drops too low to operate the hydraulic motor, all desired movements can be performed using a mechanical foot pedal.

The table can be easily moved in any direction thanks to its four wheels, one of which has antistatic properties.

The electro-hydraulic controlled table fixing system located at the base of the operating table ensures that the table remains fixed in its position. The table fixing system can stabilize and secure the table even with floor variations of 6 mm. For patient safety, no electro-hydraulically controlled movement can be performed without the operating table being fixed to the floor.
