The Bıçakcılar Surgiline 3000R Operating Table was designed considering the various positions required for patients during surgical procedures. Patient and operator safety was prioritized during use. The head, back, and foot sections are made of aluminum suitable for operating room conditions and painted with epoxy polyester paint.

The table's up/down, horizontal sliding, back section up/down, Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg, right/left lateral, and renal surgery positions are controlled by an electrohydraulic system. These movements are performed silently and without vibration using a wired hand control. In case of hand control failure, all electrohydraulic sections can be controlled using the emergency control located on the chassis. The speed of movement during position changes is constant. The head and foot sections are moved mechanically using a gas piston.

The tabletop is made of liquid-resistant material. Consisting of head, back (two-piece), seat, and foot (right and left) sections, the tabletop is covered with six specially designed 60 mm thick polyurethane cushions to ensure patient safety and hygiene. These cushions are antistatic, liquid-proof, seamless, and made of polyurethane material with a soft texture. The cushions are secured to the tabletop with cork fastening pins to prevent them from coming off spontaneously and can be easily removed, washed, or wiped clean for disinfection. No blood or fluids can penetrate the cushions. These cushions are designed to allow X-rays to pass through, even during lengthy surgeries, without causing discomfort to the patient due to pressure on weight-bearing points.

The Surgiline 3000R Operating Table's tabletop is suitable for C-arm radiography, and a cassette tunnel running the entire length beneath the tabletop also allows for radiological examinations. The horizontal sliding movement of the table increases the imaging area for C-arm radiography devices.

The electro-hydraulic system that powers the table's movements is powered by an integrated battery charging system. The integrated battery system allows the table to perform approximately 60 full movements in the event of power outages. If the battery level drops too low to operate the hydraulic motor, all desired movements can be performed using a mechanical foot pedal.

The table can be easily moved in any direction thanks to its four wheels, one of which has antistatic properties. An electro-hydraulic controlled table locking system located at the base of the operating table ensures that the table remains fixed in its position. The table locking system can balance and secure the table even with floor variations of 6 mm. For patient safety, no electro-hydraulic controlled movement can be performed without the operating table being securely fixed to the floor.

Accessories are mounted on stainless steel edge rails located on either side of the table.
